We provide research and evidence-synthesis support, which may include meta-analysis, systematic review, statistical analysis, manuscript editing, publication support and related services described on this website. The scope of a project is set out in a written agreement before work begins. The descriptions on this website are general and do not form part of an agreement unless the agreement says so.
What the services are not
The services are not clinical, medical, legal or financial advice. The results of a review or analysis are not patient-specific guidance and should not be used to make decisions about the care of an individual. We do not guarantee that any paper will be accepted by a journal, published in a particular journal, or cited, and we do not guarantee any particular statistical result. See the disclaimer.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information, data and materials you provide, and for confirming that you have the right to share them, including any consent or ethics approval needed for data from people. You are responsible for the content and conclusions of the work you submit, for following the policies of the journal concerned, and for acknowledging the contributions of others as the journal requires. Fees, payment and revisions

Schedules
Any schedule we give is an estimate that depends on you providing material and feedback on time, on the number and condition of the studies and data, and on factors outside our control such as journal processing times. We will tell you promptly if we expect a delay.
Ownership of work

Confidentiality
We treat unpublished manuscripts, data and ideas you share as confidential, use them only for your project, and do not disclose them to others without your permission, except where the law requires. Work we will not do
We will not fabricate or alter data or results, write references that cannot be verified, conceal a contribution that a journal requires to be declared, or carry out work that breaks the rules of a journal or an institution. We may decline or stop work that requires any of these.
Liability
